The T4M/SL4M Series of Printers consists of a family of high quality, Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer printers specifically designed for printing labels and tags, from any MS-DOS, Windows, or ASCII based compatible computer.
The T4M/SL4M Thermal Transfer family includes two models, T4M-2/SL4M-2, T4M-3/SL4M-3. The model number indicates the print resolution and the print width. For example, a T4M-2/SL4M-2 is a 203 dpi printer and a T4M-3/SL4M-3 is a 300 dpi printer. The printhead is interchangeable so that a 203 dpi printer in the field can be easily upgraded to be a 300 dpi printer, typically by a customer. The printhead is a customer replaceable consumable.
