OVERVIEW

Kingsoft Writer is the compact, office compatible all in one document creation system for business. It’s an advanced document platform, completely compatible using standard interfaces, buttons, windows and menus. Delivering a zero learning curve experience for people already familiar with Office applications. A vital part of the Kingsoft Office productivity Suite, Kingsoft Writer is identical to Microsoft Word.

FEATURES:

• You can choose the "Compare Side By Side" option to    examine two different documents in one window.
• There is a handy Google toolbar in the right hand corner that    will allow you to split your screen into two portions so you can    type on the top and conduct research on the bottom

OVERVIEW

The basic interface of Kingsoft Spreadsheets 2009 is virtually identical to Microsoft Excel, although the menu appears to be missing a few of Excel's more advanced computing functions. However, the software is able to easily open files created in Excel and will save your Kingsoft Spreadsheets in the correct Microsoft Office compatible format.

FEATURES:

• An integrated Google toolbar lets you conduct online   research at thesame time you're working on your   spreadsheet.
• "Export to PDF" lets you easily share your documents    with others.
• To send your spreadsheet to a colleague as an email    attachment, simply choose the "Send Email" option    from the "File" menu. A new window will open with    your spreadsheet automatically attached to the blank    message.

OVERVIEW

The menu structure has the same headings as PowerPoint 2003. It offers a good choice of graphical objects from the Insert menu including graphics, sound, and flash objects, which can be imported as swf files, a facility not found in PowerPoint 2003. Kingsoft Presentation offers a unique function in Double-Screen Extended Mode. Using this mode, the users can show speaker's view and playing view on different monitors. The inclusion of an inbuilt Google search facility is again a nice touch, and could be used in this context to track down visual resources for use in presentations.

Kingsoft Office is a compact, Microsoft Office Compatible, no cross training required office suite with Writer, Spreadsheets and Presentation. It has all of the features you have come to expect from your modern office software and a familiar layout allowing you to implement it at home, work or anywhere.
