The Avocent DSR1021, 1022, 1024 and 1031 KVM over IP switches address the unique challenges of branch office IT environments where space and IT resources are limited. These DSR switches feature an on-board Web interface compatible with Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox, or Netscape for over-IP access and control of your servers and other networked devices from any location. Devices attached to these DSR switches can be cycled on and off with the dedicated power control port and managed remotely without the need for onsite IT staff or costly service calls.
When deployed with Avocent DSView® 3 management software, you get a secure method to access and control your servers and network devices from a single interface. Its hub and spoke architecture provides failover authentication. Users authenticate to a central management server (the hub) or one of 15 mirror servers (the spokes). SNMP and IPMI support are also provided with DSView 3 management software.

AutoView KVM switching systems feature cabling options that let you manage PS/2, USB, Sun and serial devices from one solution. Integrated access cables provide keyboard, video and mouse connectivity in one, slim CAT 5 cable, which reduces cable bulk and saves time and money. A smart chip interface automatically assigns and retains unique server names for each attached server.

You can connect multi-platform servers to a single switch and configure servers at the rack with an On-Screen Display (OSD). The convenient OSD lets you easily name and select your servers.

The AutoView 2020 and 2030 switches feature local Virtual Media for connecting USB media devices. With Vrtual Media, you can transfer data that is stored on CDs, USB thumb drives, USB external hard drives or any other media source between targets.

The LCD 15/17 Single Rail Tray rack mount kit consists of two mounting brackets (for depths between 20 - 33 inches), two long brackets to extend mounting capability up to 39 inches, six flat screws, six M4 screws and two keys.

The LCD15SRP-001 15-inch LCD Single-Rail Rack Console from Avocent® provides out-of-band access to KVM switches in SMB, data centers and server rooms for convenient access and control of your PCs and PS/2 servers. The compact design is well-suited for the small to medium-size business environment, data center and server rooms. Out-of-band access to your critical servers is non-intrusive for the network and reduces downtime. This console also includes an on-screen display (OSD) in multiple languages. Its Grade A 15-inch TFT active-matrix monitor supports 1024x768 Pixel resolution @ 60Hz. For the security-conscious user, a key lock controls access to the LCD console.
